A good start is to listen and observe

The above statement is my motto when it comes to UX/UI design. Hard skills can be learned quickly, but the soft skills take years to obtain and master. Not to mention that in order to really understand the needs and feelings of others, we need to want and know how to put ourselves in their shoes, and to actively listen to what they have to say, as well as pay attention to how they say it.
